Everyone needs neutering, hiw tame are mum and son? If you can't catch them, then you'd need to speak to a local rescue regarding trapping them. If you can't afford to neuter them, then please speak to cats protection for vouchers

You say no health problem, but you don't mention seeing a vet. Spraying and not using a litter tray can be a sign of a urinary infection so she needs a vet visit to rule it oit.

As long as it is renal food, the make doesn't matter. I would ask to morrow if they stock royal Canin renal, it is chunks so much more palatable. I've had a few cats over the years on renal food and none have liked the tinned hills, although my friend was given hills pouches which seemed better

Thee are other brands of renal wet, hills seems to be the most unpopular. I always find dry more palatable
