Found ginger/white cat Sompting, West Sussex

Found the above cat with no collar, very hungry and covered in fleas. Now fed and watered and flea treatment applied. Cat now won't leave my house! Keeps coming in through open window. Tried to attach a paper collar with mobile number, but keeps tearing it off.
