Cat found Bournemouth

Found a cat (probably a stray) black, fluffy, mangled ear. Very cute, not overly friendly so I think he's a stray. If he isn't owned, does anybody know the best way to get funding from RSPCA or the like, to take him to the vets and get him checked before re-homing?

what district of bournemouth did you find this cat? This may be mine. Do you have a photo?
