Yesterday a friend of mine found the body of a large black and white un-neutered male cat on Jesse Street Fields, Thornton, Bradford 8. Luckily she knew someone who had a scanner but there was no chip and no ID on the cat. There was no obvious injury except for a mark on his neck which might have been caused post-mortem; my friend said he wasn't there the day before and it's thought he's been dead for a week. He may have been hit on the road, taken shelter in undergrowth and died, and his body dragged out by a dog or fox. He's been taken to Vets4Pets, Thornton Road, Thornton. He is mainly black with white paws and chest.
RIP little guy. If his owner sees this I'm very sorry to have to give you this sad news.
