Found deceased cat in private car park Saturday 06/02/2016

Back Everton Street (Second left off Wood Street)

Cat is large (approx 5kg), black male, Short hair, neutered, no chip, no collar

Taken to Companion Care Vets at Pets at Home, Middlebrook Retail Park, Horwich, Bolton BL6 6JA Tel: 01204 469 478

They will keep him there for a few days.

It's not my area, so I can't help with identification. But thank you for posting all this information. If they owner sees it, obviously they'll be very sad to know that their cat is dead. But if it was me, I'd rather know for sure than be left wondering.

Just what I thought, and as it was in a private staff only access car park, there was no chance of anyone else finding it.
As sad as it is, the owner was traced through Facebook and they went to collect their kitty from the vet at Pets at Home.
