Found black and white cat Mablethorpe area

I keep seeing a very sad looking black and white thin male cat with a long body near Trusthorpe way Mablethorpe.LN12 He may have got lost / travelled from another place or belong to someone near Mablethorpe or Trusthorpe area. I have photos.
