Whilst visiting relatives last week I became aware of an abandoned cat, seems the owner threw it out. Very thin and in poor condition, I rang the RSPCA but they did nothing and closed the case but cannot tell me why. Very disappointed, I realise times are difficult but they could have least come back to me! Seems cat is still around so have tried Cats Protection and Blue Cross without success. Does anyone know of a rescue centre near Tiverton who could possibly help?
