Hey,
Last week I found a dead kitten as a result of an RTA, noone claimed her nor was she chipped. Last night I saw a cat followed by 3+ kittens so I believe they are feral, how can these be trapped and released. This was near strryup Lane Doncaster.

Thanks for caring for these cats. The following links and helplines may be useful:

Cat Chat’s Lost & Found advice page, which includes some information that might help you to determine whether these cats have an owner: https://www.catchat.org/index.php/cat-m ... ound#found

Cat Chat’s information page on Feral Cats, which includes a Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) section: https://www.catchat.org/index.php/about-feral-cats

Cat Chat’s list of organisations who are known to help with feral cats (look under 'Yorkshire' to find organisations in your area): https://www.catchat.org/index.php/cats/feral-farm-cats

The aforementioned list is not exhaustive and there may be other shelters in your area who can help. Please see Cat Chat’s general shelters list for South Yorkshire here: https://www.catchat.org/index.php/cat-r ... -yorkshire

The following charities deal specifically with feral cats, so it might be worth approaching them for advice:

Cat Action Trust 1977 (feral cat charity): http://www.cat77.org.uk

Original Cat Action Trust (feral cat charity): http://www.catactiontrust.org.uk

You could also try the Cats Protection Helpline: 03000 12 12 12

Hope that helps.
