7yo b&w cat need loving home he never had. southend SS2

Hi all,
Due to circumstance i can no longer give the very basic for my cat.
I'm looking for a loving home for this very attaching cat preferably
home with a back garden. I try this forum as I read about adult
cat might be destroy if given to a shelter. He really is a very attaching
cat, I felt very unfair for him.
He stayed with my ex(my ex home),anything originated
from me is not good !(I bought the cat,kitten than, for my daughters)
We shortly separated and I learned the ex don't allow cat
inside.
Now he's 7 ending up with me as ex moved and my daughters
desperate for him being dump.
I have no garden and I can't give the love I think he never had apart
those of my 2 dayghters which no longer available anyway.

He is a lovely cat, a loving cat, very attaching, love a stroke,
jump on to your lap and very low maintenance.
