We advertise on Cat Chat and get a lot of calls from people who think we're a rescue. I had a call on Monday from a man in Chapeltown, Leeds. His cat had an eye injury (thinks someone might have thrown a stone at it) so he took it to the vet and they had to remove the eye. The cat is fine now but his son won't stop screaming and crying because the cat has only one eye.
I gave him the phone numbers for all the Leeds rescues and called him back today to follow up. I was hoping that his son might have calmed down by now, but he hasn't. He has called all of the rescues but they are all full.
Can anyone help?
It's a male indoor-outdoor cat that toilets outside.
