Please help with my lovelly female cat

I have a female cat, I've had it since it was 2 weeks old. I even bottle fed it. The problem is I am moving home and the new landlord won't take the cat moving into his house. The cat as also in heat and attracting all the male cats from the whole of England it seems. I don't know what to do with this cat, where to give it or how to get it put to sleep. I'd rather find a loving home for it than have it put to sleep.

p.s - this cat is lovelly and likes to sleep in bed with you and it sleeps with my little boy, it loves children. It's grown big now pic was when it was small.
