loving home needed

Post by Kim96 » Sat Dec 15, 2018 2:17 pm

Stray cat needs loving home. Small, all black neutered tom. About 2yrs old. Litter trained and very loving. Been living in our allotment for about a month now.My own cat(previously a stray) is not happy ! Ive tried all the local cat shelters but all full, family and friends but no luck. Can you give this little boy a loving home in time for Christmas.
I live in Huddersfield West Yorkshire,Please relpy if interested, no students please, as he needs a forever home

Hi Kim,

Have you taken him to the vet to be checked for a microchip?

Have you leafleted all the homes surrounding the allotment?

It sounds like he's started coming into your home. Your cat might accept him if you reintroduce him very slowly. (But first please check for a microchip.)

P.S. If he's not chipped, don't leave him at the vets. It's better to find a rescue or home yourself like you're trying to do.

Thankyou for the advice, I did take him to the vet and he is not chipped.
Im trying to rehome him, as my cat is very upset.

You may have already seen this page which lists rescues in and around Huddersfield:
https://www.catchat.org/index.php/cat-r ... -yorkshire

If they're full, ask to be put on the waiting list.
