Help I

My mam has decided to sell her house where my cat has been all his life (11 years+) I decided to have him live with us but it’s too much as me and my partner work full time so we can’t put the time into settling him, any advice or if someone knows some who will rehome him in or around the Oakham area that would be great. As you can imagine it’s breaking our hearts to do this, I know this sound daft but I’d like to be kept up to date with how he is doing. Thanks in advance Corinne xx
