Foster home needed

Hi all 
We are trying to organise a potential foster home for our four cats. We might be moving into temporary accommodation, and I wanted to get something in place for if/when it happens.
If we go into temp accommodation we can't take our babies with us
this would be devestating to all of us, our fur babies included. They are as much a part of our family as the children are!
We have an incredibly close bond with the cats, even going as far as one of them being my personal health care provider, and he actually tells me if I am having a hypoglycemic attack, way before I realise I am having it!
We need advice/help etc as to where we could get help in having the cats fostered so when we finally move into our new home, they can come back to us!
If anyone has any suggestions we would be very grateful.
