House cat (deaf or half blind) wanted - Manchester

Hi

We have a 11 month old one eyed boy kitten. Because he only has one eye he is a house cat - and admittedly we live in a flat, but we got him because we were looking for a cat which had to be house cat. We are looking for a friend and play mate for him - because of the circumstances we are again looking for a cat who has to remain as a house cat. Although we live in a flat it is a large flat, and we have a decent sized balcony which we take our current kitten on in a harness :) Please do let us know if you can help. We would travel to pick some one up but we don't currently have a car (hoping to rectify that soon!)

Thanks :)

The following links might be useful for you, if you haven’t already seen them:
Cat Chat’s ‘Cats Needing Homes’ section: http://www.catchat.org/shelter_centre" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Or, find your local rescue shelters here: http://www.catchat.org/adoption" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Also, some good tips here to keep indoor cats happy: http://www.knowyourcat.info/getcat/indoorcats.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Hope that helps.

Hi

Sorry, didn't get any notification of this reply. We are still looking for a kitty. I'm guessing it is too late to help you out?

Hi Hnstuppence & Catlady I hope it's a good outcome for you both. My Mayday hadv3 legs so I have a soft spot for disabled kitties. Vivian
