Home offered to indoor cat

I am looking for a cat who only wants to go out into the garden to go to toilet, I like on the corner of two roads and unfortunately my own cat got killed many years ago which is why I have never got another cat. However now think if there is an elderly or special needs cat who doesn't want to go out I could offer them a loving home where they would be properly spoilt.
