Grooming my cat

Post by charlie_rabbit01 »

Denzel is a 10 month old siamese, he's started shedding and everything he rubs against is white! Part of owning a pet I know but its there a brush anyone can recommend?

We have one of these:

it doesnt really do much and he doesnt like, he also doesn't like the furminator, any ideas?

I have any number of brushes for my many cats, but this is the one I use the most -
http://www.groomingsupermarket.com/inde ... uct_id=206" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
It's called a "ball pin slicker brush" and has little balls on the ends of the spikes which protects puss's skin from the sharp points of the normal slickers.
The Kong rubber brushes are good, but you really need to take your cat outside to use, as fur flies everywhere! http://lovemeow.com/2009/10/review-kong ... cat-brush/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
These brushes are also very good for removing large amounts of fur off carpet and furniture.
