Our cat, Millie, is not quite a year old. Usually, she is hyperactive, but since yesterday she's been acting strange.
Today, she keeps making chirping noises and she's walking funny - with her back legs bent. She's eating fine but she seems to be sleeping more. Does anyone have any idea what this means??

The first thing that comes to mind is to ask if she has been neutered?

No, she hasn't.

Then I think Crewella's diagnosis that Millie is on heat is correct!
(Had the same thing many many years ago when I was new to cat ownership and my first cat Sally started behaving like Millie is doing - I went to vet in panic with her only to find out she was on heat. Operation to spay her booked straight away!)
See the "Do Cats fall in love" video in "Simon's Cat Logic" (http://bit.ly/cp-simonscat) for a good description (wish it had been available all those years ago).

If she hasn't been, then I would get her neutered a.s.a.p. Much better for her health, her own peace of mind and your sanity!
