feline leukemia virus

Post by Gray Face »

Our cat Gray Face, who was a feral cat, that we took in became sick. Took him to the vet and he tested positive for feline leukemia virus. He seems to be improving a little, but it is very difficult to determine just what stage, level, whatever, that he is at. Does anyone here have any experience with treating this? Hope to get some information from anyone willing to share. Thank you

I'm afraid I have no experience either. The only thing of use I can think of is that I know the wonderful people at the Catwork FIV sanctuary have had a few FeLV cats in the past. They are always helpful so might be able to offer some advice?
