Cat off food and has diarrhoea

Hello, not been on here since my boy cat had ckd. My girl has been off her food since yesterday and has diarrhoea on and off. Very mucousy and some blood in it. Have an appointment with vets tomorrow but wondering if anyone else's cats have had this?

Does she have outdoor access? When was she last wormed?

Yes she does go in the garden but is basically a house cat. I wormed her earlier in the year but you've just reminded me she's probably overdue. Do worms cause this? X
