Anybody familiar with this kind of odd cat snorting?

I don't think it can harm them - it's just at present that they're getting their warm chicken and broth (good on you - it must be a comfort for them :) ) You couldn't feed them exclusively on cooked chicken in the long term, obviously, but this is a seasonal thing and they're getting their wet and dried food too.

I agree with Lilith - as long as they're getting their balanced diet as well, lucky cats! :)
