Best way to keep up on Ragdoll shedding. Best brushes for shedding. He gets brushed every other day now. Hair is out of control. Please help

I know your pain, but in the end he's a Ragdoll! No matter how much you brush his hair will get in the fridge, oven, wardrobes, even on people's clothes that they have never worn to your house. I used a comb because he tolerated it better than a brush and I could get any tangles out with it.
