Hi everyone, I recently started fostering a mother cat and her litter of kittens, they are 2 weeks old. Three of the four of them have conjunctivitis in one or both eyes.
I have been treating them by wiping their eyes with a warm cloth and applying the little bit of Tobramycin I had left, but I just ran out.
The foster organization told me to buy pink eye treatment for humans (like Polysporin) from the pharmacy. I am dubious and wondering if they're just trying to save money.
I would really appreciate some advice from the community. Thanks!

Welcome, it sounds like you might be from the USA. Certain things can be bought from a chemist and used, but with such young kittens, I wouldn't take the risk and would want something from the vet (although at that age, they would likely need to see them first). Good luck
