Catfood with inulin

Post by Pippin »

Hi,

My cat Thor has happily eaten a diet of mostly Lidl Coshida gravy pouches, which I found settled his easily upset stomach.

Recently they've changed the packaging and this coincided with Thor getting the runs. I checked the Coshida ingredients in the new pouches and found it no longer contains inulin, an ingredient which seems to act like a probiotic on gut flora.

Are there any other wet foods containing inulin easily available?

Have you checked the ingredients on all the boxes in your local shops?

It might be easier to add a supplement with inulin, or a topper such as this one: https://www.zooplus.co.uk/esearch.htm#q ... 2520Treats

Thank you, I've seen that supplement and was thinking it's worth trying 👍
