Need Help with My Baby

My boyfriend and I got out babies at 11 weeks old and they had never been separated til they were 7 months old. We just reunited them and his cat had kittens. My cat is not accepting her sister and is being defensive and attacking her. The momma cat is fine and wants to sniff and reunite but my cat just hisses and growls and eventually attacks. It might be worth mentioning that my cat was very much attached to me but now she doesn’t want anything to do with me and she growls at me if I try to pick her up. Please any advice on what we should do?
