Swollen Butt

One of my three week old kittens has a swollen, red butt. He has been dewormed and I took him to the vet last week. He’s eating normal, his poop is normal and he isn’t lethargic. This week, his butt seems very red and swollen. He doesn’t seem to be in pain, but he’s uncomfortable.I’m going to take him to the vet next week if it gets worse. Does anyone know what this might be and what I can do about it?
