Looking for information on what's wrong with my cat hs had it a couple weeks and it's getting worse I'm worried for him and aliitle strapped atm please can someone advice me I cant seem.to send a picture but it's on his front left arm top part it looked like possible ring worm originally which we tried to treat but it's getting worse

Sorry to say this sounds like something a vet should look at. If you're in the UK perhaps the PDSA or Blue Cross might be able to help if money is a problem? But without a definite diagnosis it's probably not the best idea to guess and try things as you can do more harm than good. Sorry.
