A stray cat who lives near to my workplace has scrubs that look as in the attached picture. There are two at the very tip of her ears and two around the base of the ears. She has fleas so we applied a flea treatment today. Not sure if these things are related.

What this is and how should be treated?

I would suspect fleas, combined with poor nutrition. Flea treatment and decent food should quickly make a difference, but if they continue to get worse it might be worth consulting a vet. Has she been spayed, do you know?
