Red sack like thing on my cats anus

My cat is 17 years old so I realize the older she gets the more health problems she's going to have however I'm not sure what this could be she has a red what looks to be a sack on top of her anus it looks like some sort of growth and it does have droplets of blood that come out of it periodically she can still poop and she doesn't appear to be in pain but obviously this is not good

It could just be something as simple as a hemorrhoid.
Hard to say in a 17 yr old cat.
If concerned I'd consult your Vet for peace of mind.
