Cat NOT vomiting?

Hi,
My cat is elderly with a lot of issues (stage 2 kidney disease, hyperthyroidism) and she’s been a bit off her food last few weeks.
The blood test detected inflammation but we don’t know where. She’s on antibiotics and mirtapaz.
What’s odd is for a cat who would regularly bring up frothy vomit 2/3 times a week, for the past month or so she’s not vomited anything.
This is v unusual for her and I was wondering if anyone has any ideas if this could be related?
