My kitten who is 13 weeks old has been eating wet adult cat food and dry kitten food for the past week now. I only realised earlier when I was throwing the wet food box out. Will he be ok or is this something I should bring him to the vets for?

He'll be fine. Kitten food is a relatively recent thing - it is formulated to give growing kittens more of the exact nutrients they need, but for decades kittens ate whatever their mums ate and did extremely well.
