Crystals in male cat urine passed something weird

Hello. My cat has recently been to the vet for structure crystals. They flushed him and sent us home with some meds to help prevent blockage and pain. Today he started peeing a bit of blood and crystals but he also passed something really weird. We are assuming he did anyways because there’s a puddle of bloody urine underneath. I can’t em figure out what it is and no vet is open for 3 more days. Please take a look and tell me what you think!
