Vacances and older cats

Post by Walesgang »

Henry and Tips are now 16.5 years old

They have unlimited access to a secure garden, but very rarely go into it.

When we go away, my mother in law comes to live in and look after them

They have had their boosters religiously every year, but given their very sheltered life, I am wondering whether the stress of taking them is worth it given the low level of risk???

Thoughts appreciated

I think the annual check up is probably more important than the jabs at that age. It then becomes a judgement call on that, of course...
