Patches ears coming off next week

I have been neglecting her because I was so focused on Locky, but her appointment has now been maðe for next Tuesday. I HATE putting her through it, but it will be a ten minute op and if left, will progress and cause far more complications. Never had this op done in my adult life, so has anyone been though it? Any advice? She is tame but nervous and I dunno how she is going to cope with a buster collar.......
