How to get my cat back?

Hi I am looking for help. I moved into a open space villa in Bali 2 years ago. The villa came with a cat. Cat me and fell in love and it was heaven. As I was quite unexperienced with cats I adopted a rescue kitten. The older cat, Scratchie was upset and got her nickname as unsocial cat. I could not cuddle her anymore. 
The kitten Spotty took over the house and me and Spotty fell in love. Unsocial cat got finally on with Spotty but had no time for me. He and Spotty were outdoor cats but 90% of the time hanging out in our villa.
Then I decided to help the local Cat Rescue Center and took 2 kittens home to foster for one month till they can get their second vaccination. I did all wrong possible to introduce new cats to each other and Spotty transformed into unsocial cat 2.
!!! After one month of course i could not bring the kittens back and decided to keep them hoping that eventually all 4 cats get on as one happy family. But it did not turn out this way. Scratchie and Spotty stayed out of the villa and only came for food once a day. Over xmas I did travel and 2 different not very close friends moved in. I stayed away for 6 weeks. There was one week at the beginning and one week at the end in which nobody was in the villa just the cats. I had somebody coming 2 twice a day to feed them and leave food out. I came finally back on Monday. Scratchie and Spotty have not shown up once. I asked around in my neighbor hood nobody saw them recently. Spotty got seen 10 days ago last time. Instead a stray male not neutered cat popped up and the neighbors cat. These have been obviously taken advantage of the food left out. Yesterday I saw Spotty i think from far passing by the villa roof with the neighbors cat. He did not notice me or heard my voice. He seemed very scared. This morning the lady from my corner shop told me she saw Scratchie dead 3 weeks ago. I am so upset. My question how do i find Spotty and how can i convince him to move back in the villa? PLEASE HELP. I am heart broken. I have all the cats in the neighbor hood turning up at my villa expect the ones i miss so much.
