My cat has just been diagnosed with lymphoma and has only been given weeks to live. Does anyone have any experience of this horrible disease? I've said no to chemo. I've heard B12 can help . Thanks

Sorry I don't have any experience with it, but my friend's dog was diagnosed with Lymphoma quite a few months ago. She heard about something called golden paste. She is a nurse and doesn't believe in nonsense alternative therapies, but thought she would give it a try. The vet had said at her previous check up that in the final stages, he would start giving her steroids (She is already on Metacam) When she went for her check up 2 weeks ago, the vet said he was amazed that it hadn't progressed much at all from her visit before that. He had fully expected to start her on steroids, but said there was no need and that she was doing really well.
There are lots of sites with the recipe on

There is also a Facebook Group, which might be worth joining as you can get specific advice on quantities for cats. I am assuming it would be harder to get a cat to take it.

I also just found this UK based group

Anyway, as I understand it (and I know very little) Turmeric contains Curcumin, which is an anti-inflammatory. The other ingredients help to activate it. One site I looked at said to exclude the black pepper if you are giving it to a cat. You can always ask for advice on one of the forums.
