scabies or fungal

Hi

This cat lives near our apartment for 7 years and always i feed her .its about 4 day which i see some disorders on her face i cant take her to vet it attacks me and she has 4 kittens.
can you please tell me what is her diseases , i saw many photos in internet i think it may be scabies or fungal
if it is necessary to have more picture i will take better (better quality)images

This made me so sad. That looks like a very unhappy poorly cat.

Poor cat, it does look like feline scabies or mange as that often starts around the head and ears. Is there any way you can get her treated?
