Felv positive cats

My female feral, Ling-Ling has been diagnosed with Felv last week after Becoming ill. She has been on a drip for two days and had Vitamin B Complex injection, cortizone and tablets to fight of a blood parasite. Her appetite is not good at all and it is a struggle to get her to eat. Any advice as how to manage her disease. I know she will succumb to Felv at some time in the future but I want to keep her as comfortable and safe as possible for the remainder of her life.
