Leg twitches

Post by Clarekuzniar »

Hi All,

Been years since I have posted and my boy Garfield is still going :) hes coming up to 13/14 had few hiccups with teeth and abcesses but touch wood nothing too major.

The last year I have noticed when hes lying down he like tenses his back legs for a second or so then relaxes again, he went through a phase of not being as elegant jumping on the dresser he uses to get to the windowsill so we tried him on metacam which seemed to help but I haven't got any since we ran out.

I've tried explaining it to the vet but she has a feel, did some bloods and said hes just getting old.

Has anyone else had similar experiences?
Thanks
