Cat only eats Whiskas dry

Hello. I have two cats that taken in. One was a stray and the other a feral. I feed the ferals whiskas dry meaty selections and one that I've taken in will only eat that. Trying to switch him to healthier and he just won't eat anything else. He doesn't eat wet food or treats not even other flavors of Whiskas. I want to feed him something without corn, preservatives or dye. I'm in Canada. Is there anything out there that's healthier but similar?

will he eat cooked chicken? it would bump up his protein intake on top of the dry Whiskas
