My cat must be on 4 week of pregnancy.
But suddenly she started shout like in heat.
If cat can be pregnant and on heat at same time?

After 4 days heat stopped.

If she is pregnant it is very unlikely that she has been in heat again, so if she is calling she is probably not pregnant. Has the pregnancy been confirmed by a vet? If you are planning on breeding it is a good idea to find an experienced breeder to act as your mentor, and to help you recognise when things are as they should be and if they may be going wrong. If you do not intend to breed your queen, but think she may have mated accidentally, I would get her spayed as soon as possible. An unspayed female can come into season more and more frequently if she is not mated, until she is calling practically continuously. And the case of the hundred and ten cats recently removed from a flat in Spain, the offspring and descendants of just two original cats in only four years, shows what can happen if cats are allowed to breed unchecked.

I want to explain something.
My boy friend hospitalized a week ago.
And my cat started call. After 4 days my boy fried returned from hospital
and she stopped calling.
May be she wasn't on heat? Just was looking for my boy friend?

That is quite possible. What makes you think she is pregnant?
