Help please .... I don't know what to do

Hi, my cat is worrying me. He keeps stooping down as if to have a wee or poo but after 5 minutes nothing has happened, he then keeps licking his bum. He has also been sick. He's now just lying down. Not sure what to do with him, I'm stuck really as we don't have transport, no money either to take him anywhere

It is possible that he has a urinary blockage, which is a serious emergency. If so, it really is an emergency that only a vet can help you with. Time is of the essence - I would do everything I could to get him to a vet as soon as possible.

Whereabouts are you? Is there a PDSA, Blue Cross or RSPCA anywhere near? I know Blue Cross have ambulances, not sure about the others.
