Deworming Medication- makes cat sick

Hey guys
I just wanted to ask some advice, have any of your cats experienced sickness and diaherra after an oral deworming treatment.
My cat went to the vets this morning for his yearly anti viral jab and the vet advised he needed his worming meds too. 30 minutes later in the cat carrier the diaherra started he has been 5 times since, hasn’t eaten anything since before the vets and has now been sick!
Any advice most welcome, I feel so bad I can’t help him x
