New outdoor cat

I just brought home a 6mo kitten how do I go about introducing him to a new (in the country) home and my 3 outdoor cats so he doesn’t run away. He is currently in a 42 inch wire dog crate with food,water and litter box. I don’t want to turn him loose in my house cause I have 3 rat terriers in the house that like cats but he doesn’t know that and I don’t have a spare room in my house to turn him out in.
