Boy kitten peeing in shared bed and and dogs beds

I have two kittens now 4 and a half months old. The male pees in the beds . Do you think this will stop once they are neutered? It's a nightmare atm 😢

I'd get a urine sample checked in case he has a UTI. Also, how are you cleaning up after it? How many litter trays do you have?
