Need help with my cat

Hi, was wondering if you had any ideas about my cat. She has started meowing excessively, coughing occasionally with a strange gruff sound, odd sounding sneezes now and again, drooling and foaming at the mouth. Yet she is energetic, eating and drinking as normal, pooing and urinating normally and does not appear to look unwell.
Any information would be much appreciated thankyou

I would get her checked by a vet just in case she has anything lodged or growing in her throat.
