I recently took a feral cat to the vet due to him being injured and while fixing his leg, the vet tested for fiv, it turns out he is positive. The vet advised giving him to the CPL. I kept him in my house while he was healing, he seemed quite happy being indoors and is such a loving cat, I decided to keep him. (Have had cats for as long as I can remember, so not a new experience).

I would like to get him neutered (not because he is going out anywhere, poor thing is an 'indoor' cat now!) Can anyone advise, will a regular vet neuter him and will it cost more than a cat without fiv?
