FIV+ Cat Insurance

Hi
I would like to adopt an FIV + cat. From reading about the FIV I understand that there might be an increased need for vet visits (and bills).
The cat is already diagnosed as FIV+. Does anyone know whether pet insurance will cover any future treatment since the condition is pre-exisitng? Can you please recommend a good insurer?
