IFA test in Southampton?

I am in Southampton UK and am thinking about getting our rescue cat "Double" an IFA test. He was positive on the 'short' test and the vet advised euthanasia 
"No thanks" I said! "Kind of you to offer though" 
NOT!!! He's an estimated 13 years old and getting too fat since we 'caught' him! (Double, that is - not the vet!)
The site's advice page says that the test should be about £25 - can anyone recommend a vet who charges a reasonable rate for this? Mine is about £45+ for any blood test and I'm a pensioner. (Not on benefits though)
