I have just gained a new respect for the prophet Muhammad. I was watching a programme on my kindle tonight about the origins of Islam. In it was a little snippet about cats and legends about them in Arab culture. Apparently, Muhammad cut the long sleeve his garment off because he didn't want to disturb a cat who had gone to sleep on it.(sound familiar)? Also the M pattern on most cats heads is where the Prophet was supposed to have blessed them. Well there you are, Muhammad was a cat person!
